Rev-A-Shelf's first annual design contest will honor a variety of kitchen or vanity designs that use Rev-A-Shelf storage organizing accessories. The company combined five of the awards with 20-20 Design software and the new Rev-A-Shelf 20-20 catalog. The panel of judges will select five category winners: best use of Premiere Cabinet Accessories, best use of Wood Classic Accessories, best use of original storage organizers, best student design, and best “non-20-20” design, along with an overall grand prize winner. The contest is open to certified designers and design students using v6.1 or v6.4 20-20 software, except for the “non 20-20” award, which is open to custom cabinet-makers. Student entries must be NKBA student members. There is no fee for entering the contest. Entries must be received by December 31, 2005. Judges include Ellen Cheever, Beverly Dalton, and Mary Jo Peterson. For more information, visit www.rev-a-shelf.com.
