Congress Dim for Taking on Light Bulbs

It does strike us as cruelly appropriate and revealing that the light-bulb controversy has been folded into the ongoing, larger budget negotiations. The lights have long been dimmed, some would say turned off, where federal budget negotiations are concerned.
