Milwaukee's new M12 Cable Cutters are a nice alternative to manual cutters, which require a lot of muscle power and can be difficult to use within the confines of an electrical panel. The 12-volt tool cuts with 500 pounds of pressure and can handle up to 600-MCM copper, 750-MCM aluminum, and 1 3/16-inch communication cable, according to the manufacturer. It has two speed settings and a jaw width of 1 7/16 inches. Replacement blades are available. The kit includes one battery, a charger, and a case.
