I thought this would be a short video about how to cope crown with an angle grinder (which I haven’t done yet, but it looks cool) and it turns out it’s a longer video (12 minutes) with some good tips for wrapping bullnose corners with crown.

At 3:22, I almost had a nervous breakdown when he dropped that cut off in the driveway—next to the other cut offs in the driveway…breathe, Mark, breathe…

When he gets into the actual coping, the material is hogged out nicely by the tool with a flap disc, but I could also smell the MDF through my computer screen so there is a trade-off.

I like how he explained the small moves he was making with his hands and that the sequence of cutting—just like with a coping saw—matters. A variable speed grinder—Metabo HPT makes a nice one—might be cool for this too when you need to slow down a little.
