Fiskars has been making high-quality hand tools for more than 20 years; now it has its own line of hammers. The new IsoCore line—which includes 16-, 20-, and 22-ounce nail hammers, as well as mauls—is designed to reduce the vibration and shock you typically feel in every swing. The IsoCore does this by redirecting the shock waves into materials within the handle that dampen them. According to the manufacturer, these new hammers have four times less vibration than their wooden-handled counterparts.
