I think I know what most of you are doing about pot. A common approach is that what you do at home is your own business, but it's not OK to be stoned (or drunk, for that matter) at work, for safety, among other reasons.
So this is more of a conversation than any moral stance. The crew over at Remodeling take a more nuanced approach to how different contractors are dealing with it. After all, it’s not legal everywhere, and there are potential liability and workman’s comp issues. Might be worth a scan.
