Canadian Tire wanted to demonstrate the cold-cranking power of its MotoMaster Eliminator battery so they froze it to -40 degrees and put it in a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 that had its body replaced with blocks of ice. The truck is said to have started and been driven 1 mile at 12 mph on December 12, 2013. The body later melted away--which wouldn't have happened if they'd brought the truck to our Midwest or Eastern states. The way the weather has been lately that truck would last till spring. Heck, it might even get bigger.
