Students and parents of Fresno, Calif. schools finally got a chance to celebrate vocational careers in the working trades at a career fair that offers an alternate to "college night" for students. "College is a choice," say Jim Yovino, Fresno county schools superintendent, "We have to remember it is just one choice to success. The honorable work that people do with their hands ... is also a great choice." Participants at the career fair said it was important to overcome the misconception that vocational education is for students who are not bright enough for college. Watch the video.
