An experienced tradesman is usually more productive
than a guy who's just starting out. Not only does he
know more about building, but he has systems for
tasks he does on a regular basis. If the boss asks him
to hang a door, he knows which tools
he needs and can picture every step it
takes to complete the job. The guys
who manage construction projects are in the same boat. The
