Acting as a general contractor for the Disaster Response corps after Hurricane Isabel in September, David Powers found his Lufkin Measuring Wheel indispensable. The small-diameter model he uses has a telescoping handle, meaning Powers doesn't have to bend down or kneel to take measurements.
