Last week we pointed to an NPR report that advocated for more Millennials preparing for jobs in the trades. While the report made the case that skilled trade workers stand a much better chance of landing a good paying job right now, and are less likley to get those jobs without saddling themselves with crushing student loans, it didn't offer much guidance for prospective employers.
