"I always look around before a demolition," carpenter Peter Massie told the New Hampshire Union Leader. "You never know what you'll find." As the paper reports, what Massie found was the only surviving copy of a silent film produced in 1911 ("KSC to show long-lost Mary Pickford film found in NH barn," by Paul Feely).

"I was up in the attic, and tucked away over in a corner was some film, film canisters and a silent movie projector," said Massie. "Massie found what film buffs have dubbed Tinseltown treasure," reports the Union Leader: "four features long thought to be 'lost,' including the 1911 Mary Pickford short film 'Their First Misunderstanding.'"
