Q: All I do is work. I want my life back. How do I do it?

The lone ranger. Do you insist on being involved in every aspect of a job? Give up believing you're the only solution. Make room for your team, and hold them accountable for their contribution. Delegate to those who are qualified; provide them the necessary tools.

Strong, silent type. If there's something you want and you don't have it, ask for it. Asking for help is a strength all successful leaders must possess.
