Freddie Mac said Thursday that the average rate for 30-year fixed mortgages fell to 4.32% this week from 4.39%. The 30-year loan hit a record low 4.17% in mid-November. The average rate on a 15-year fixed mortgage, a popular refinancing option, fell to a record low 3.50%, from last week's record 3.54%.
