Deck Collapse Injures 15

The collapse of a wood deck in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, late last month sent 15 people to the hospital, four of them with serious injuries. The deck fell about 10 feet to the ground. One neighbor said the collapse “sounded like a bomb went off.”
