Brian Way is full of good ideas that improve efficiency both on the jobsite and in the shop. We’ve covered several of Brian’s ways (sorry… I had to) in the past, but this latest one might be among is best in my opinion (though they are all great). It entails perhaps the simplest thing of all: purchasing a relatively inexpensive tool and finding a different use for it. I’ll let you watch the video to see what I’m talking about.
