True Grit. I had a chance to check out Bosch's new ROS20VS random-orbit sander at the Builders' Show. It's a nice, quiet 5-inch sander with a pad braking system and a pleated dust filter that's surprisingly effective. It has a variable-speed (7,500-12,000 rpm) 2.2-amp motor. According to Bosch, the newly designed hook-and-
